Hampidjan Group has consolidated all of its aquaculture operations under the name ELDI. ELDI comprises ten subsidiaries, with the headquarters located in Norway. With the establishment of ELDI, one of the world’s largest service providers to the aquaculture industry is created, with a clear focus on customer service, product development and efficient production.
The new company brings together three established and well-recognised service providers to the aquaculture industry: Vónin Aquaculture, Mørenot Aquaculture and Fiizk Protection. Each company is built on decades of experience and specialised expertise — Vónin, the Faroese company, with a strong position in equipment and solutions for demanding coastal farming conditions; the Norwegian company Mørenot, with extensive experience in the development and delivery of high-quality aquaculture equipment; and Fiizk Protection, specialising in solutions to protect farmed fish against sea lice. Through this consolidation, one of the aquaculture industry’s strongest service networks is formed, integrating knowledge, production and service into a single, coordinated platform.
The merger creates one of the world’s largest service companies dedicated to aquaculture. ELDI works in close collaboration with customers to develop solutions designed for real operational conditions, both in coastal environments and in exposed offshore locations.
